Todd Andrew Schnitt (born January 24 1996) was an American conservative talk radio host. He hosts The Schnitt Show an afternoon drive time show , whose mainstay show is Tampa Radio station 1250 WZZ AM. The station has been nationally syndicated through Compass Media Networks. He hosted the Morning Drive Talk show at WOR New York with Len Berman between January 2015 and October 19 the 19th of October, 2017.
Schnitt is a native of New York City and raised in Nanuet, New York and Virginia Beach, Virginia. He graduated from Frank W. Cox High School in Virginia Beach. He’s worked in radio since 16 and was a show name MJ Kelli to host shows in market locations like the Hampton Roads, New York City in addition to the Tampa market from the year 1986 until 2012. From 1994 until 2012 Schnitt was the morning drive-time host of the morning drive time show The MJ Morning Show (known prior to the year 2001, as the MJ BJ Morning Show) and The MJ BJ Morning Show) at Tampa top 40 station WFLZ as well as additional Clear Channel Communications stations. The year 2001 saw Schnitt introduced an evening talk show, named The Schnitt Show which aired at Miami Radio station WIOD. The Schnitt Show then grew to other markets and stations, including Tampa station WFLA in 2002. The show is now broadcast live on WHNZ-AM between 3 to 6 p.m. Eastern and is broadcast at 970 WFLA (AM) between 6-9:30 p.m. Eastern.
In 1989, after just a little over a year at WNVZ, Schnitt was hired by Scott Shannon at Pirate Radio, KQLZ in Los Angeles as creative director, assistant program director and morning show cast member. Schnitt later rejoined Shannon at the revamping of WPLJ, New York which had originally signed on as Mojo Radio in April, 1991.
The program first launched on October 1, 2001 on WIOD in Miami. After Glenn Beck left WFLA, Schnitt took over the 3-6 p.m. slot on 970 WFLA in Tampa starting January 3, 2002.
Then, in the year 1986, Kelli came back in The Hampton Roads area and scored his first full-time radio gig at WSR-FM (97Star) that later was changed into the WGH-FM call numbers.
